Pangit ng customer service nyo @PLDT_Cares! Ginawan na naman ng ticket tapos di niyo alam kung area outage o linya namin ang may sira. Tapos walang makausap kasi may "ticket" na di namin nirequest. Mga perwisyo kayo! POOR service!!!!!
