@koboateng@koboateng serious question: if you arrest two consenting adults in sexual act, where one get paid and the other get pleasure, how exactly does it harm others?

I want to personally sponsor 20 young farmers who want to do dry season Tomato farming this year.
1. Your land should be cleared and ready by September.
2. Your minimum land size should be 2 acres and maximum 20 acres.
3. The support will be input based. Tractor services, fertilizer, seeds, agricultural extension services, weeds and pests control, irrigation systems and ready market for the tomatoes.
This is a personal pilot project and hopefully we can collectively cultivate over 400 acres of tomatoes this year during the dry season. Together letโs make this work. #idey4u

@koboateng This just proves the point. Stakeholders discussing a bill they have not even seen in writing is pure verbal box ticking.
Citizens deserve real transparency not mockery.
#GhanaFailingUs
Yesterday, a stakeholder confirmed she has not seen any of the alleged newer drafts. The engagements have been verbal.
So we are discussing a bill that affects everyone, but the people being consulted have not even been given the updated text to read for themselves?
This is not how serious countries make law. We deserve better.
Sorry to bust your bubble, they're all the same. Once he/she is a politician, expect the only interest at stake is his or the partyโs. Anything else and you're setting yourself up for disappointment.
Well said @MikelAsamoah#GhanaFailingUs
You ankasa God dey watch you mmom. Small time everyone in their right senses and not a party loyalist will know how dishonest you are. You have no dignity left just buga buga and shifting goal posts.
We will keep you and your NITA in check 24/7, for God and country! ๐ฌ๐ญ
Praising a Minister for finally publishing a bill he secretly revised 4 times, then mocked citizens on live TV for criticizing the old version?
Thatโs not โtransparencyโ thatโs arrogance and damage control.
Basic accountability isnโt a favor.
Well said @koboateng#GhanaFailingUs
Regardless of the back and forth around the NITA Bill, Hon. @samgeorgegh making the bill public for discussion is a big deal.
That alone sets a strong standard for ministerial public engagement and transparency.
We can critique, disagree, and push back where necessary, but openness must also be commended.
I hope this becomes the norm for every minister.
And if that happens, let's credit Djata
for this.
Hopefully, V5 also receives the same intense, productive, and inclusive national discussion.
#NITA
A whole Minister laughing on national TV because citizens criticized a bill they kept secretly revising?
This level of arrogance and poor communication while pushing 15 digital bills is unacceptable.
Stop treating Ghanaians like fools. Transparency or resign!
#GhanaFailingUs
A minister went live on national television, visibly excited that he had finally found a โgotcha momentโ against ordinary Ghanaians.
Why? Because a draft bill was published on the ministryโs official website, then quietly revised four different times through closed-door meetings without properly communicating any of those changes to the public.
After that, he confidently says:โจโThe old bill is dead. You people are online criticizing a dead bill. You donโt have the updated bill.โ As if secrecy, poor communication, and public confusion are achievements.
You are pushing 15 digital bills that will affect millions of citizens, businesses, creators, and young people, yet the public engagement has been chaotic from the beginning. Instead of transparency, accountability, and respect, citizens are being mocked on live TV for reacting to the only version they were officially given access to.
Leadership is not a game of catching citizens off guard. If people are confused, the failure is in communication, not in the public asking questions. This is not it.
Ghana is failing us.

This Cybersecurity Bill risks creating a protected monopoly for big players while killing startups with high compliance costs.
We cannot allow regulatory capture to strangle local innovation in Ghana. Parliament must review these clauses properly.
#ProtectStartups
There is a very fine line between regulating an industry and locking everyone else out of it. Looking closely at the exorbitant fees and steep penalties in this new bill, it feels less about protecting the public and more about big business protecting its turf.
Let's be real, government tech contracts are where the real scale and sauce is. By designing rules that require massive capital just to stay compliant, the big corporate players are setting up an elite club. They are pricing out the startups and tech SMEs who actually drive local innovation, making it impossible for them to even bid for government work or to even compete with them.
The Minister seems to be sprinting toward the finish line to get this passed, but in the rush, the door is being slammed on the startup ecosystem. If we don't call out this corporate capture now, we are going to end up with a tech sector controlled by a handful of monopolies (those board members and key stakeholders) who hold all the keys.
It feels like the Minister just finished an LLM in Law and is absolutely dying to practice. The problem is, heโs using an entire countryโs tech ecosystem as his personal sandbox experiment ๐๐

Nita Summary.
He starts by saying it's only for those providing services to government.
Later contradicts himself and says private sector needs "some kind of certification" too.
@TheDumbTechGuy asks him to clarify. He ignores the question??
Their official website says everyone.
New document exists but they won't share it. Just "trust me, I've got your best interests at heart vibes."
So what is the policy exactly??
Sighs.
