NOW: I just got off the phone with @raphgraybill — who tells me he’s leading a class action lawsuit against Montana Resources— that resulted in the community, not being able to consume drinking water

On September 14 of last year, I stood on a stump in my back yard to officially kick off our movement to Get Your Montana Back. After 419 days, 172 events and more than 137,000 highway miles, Raph and I can say without a doubt we gave it our all.
We couldn’t have done any of it without you.
Getting your Montana back matters now more than ever. Raph and I will never stop fighting for the Montana we love, and for a future worth handing down to our kids. Thank you for supporting us every step of the way. Your hard work, your organizing, your hospitality, your contributions, your kind words—all of it has kept us going every day. We will always be grateful for it.
Here’s to you, and to Montana.

🎃Trick-or-treat? Gianforte’s got only tricks this Halloween: the biggest property tax hike in Montana history—then he gave tax cuts to millionaires and billionaires like himself. FACT CHECK: Gianforte could have lowered the residential property tax rate as your home value went up, but he didn’t. Meanwhile, our schools are still struggling, and local governments have their hands tied. It’s time to call out the real tricks, Montana, and #GetYourMontanaBack! @raphgraybill #trickortreat
In this pivotal last week, where we stand, our effort, the courage we demonstrate … it will all be judged by history, our kids, our neighbors.
Our campaign does not shirk, or waver; it pulls no punches, leaves nothing on the field.
We are all proud to be in this fight.
We’re just 9 days away from one of the most important choices Montana has ever faced. Right now our state is more unaffordable than California, and Gov. Gianforte’s record property tax increase is driving that crisis, while he gives tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires like himself.
I’m running for governor to put an end to this. I’ll cut property taxes, protect small businesses, and keep Montana livable for the people who call it home—not just the wealthy.
If you’re tired of watching our Montana slip away, now’s the time to act. Vote for change. Vote to #GetYourMontanaBack.
