@FiverrSupport It’s not resolved and the need to reload page to see messages has been ongoing for over a month. App on iphone works better.

@FiverrSupport When will you guys fix your web chat?! Videos don’t show up when sending and iphone app sends notifications of new message faster than iMac safari shows them. Have to constantly refresh to see new messages on iMac. It’s by no means “live chat”
