The targeted mass murder and famine and gulags and labor camps and mass deportations all took place under Stalins rule. With almost no old jewish bolshevik guard leadership.

Why don't you just do a tiny bit of research before trying to save face with this bs perspective. Trotsky was a leader during a full blown civil war and most deaths are attributed to war. Famine, disease and war. Yes there were some uprisings that were crushed but all within wartime. Think of an American general during the civil war to the same standard. You wouldn't say he is personally responsible for the murder of 1m American christians. I'm not saying Trotsky was a good guy. I put the period in the wrong place. It's supposed to be a comma. Yes during the Bolshevik revolution 1917-1924 Jews were overrepresented as leaders for sure. Although 75% is an insane number pulled out of your ass the number was closer to 40%. During the revolution which was essentially a civil war many Russians died of course but there was no specific agenda for targeted mass murder. Stalin took over in 1924 and over the course of 10 years exiled and/or klld most of the Jewish old guard Including Trotsky. Trotsky was against Stalin because he thought he was too totalitarian. The mass murder of Ukrainians and Christian Russians, the purge, the sham trials, the forced famine(s) were all done under Stalin and ethnic Russian leadership.
