Got this from a former pupil. Classes were often difficult: some children presenting multiple behaviour issues.

Just a reminder to keep pushing. Teaching is a focused, empathetic obsession that sows seeds in students. All I ever hope is that these seeds take root in time.

@tombennett71 I work in a range of schools delivering a weekly lessons. Behaviour management was not my specialty when I started.

As someone who has to 'fit in', delivering sessions in a variety of settings, I totally agree that the culture and consitency the school make all the difference.

Wrestled with the idea I am undermining artists by doing so but, in truth, if I had the budget for an artist, then I would hire one and dig down into the vision even more. I guess I'm using it to make stock footage.
