There is a culture of secrecy, cover-up and downright complacency at the heart of this SNP Government.
Scotland deserves much better.

The Scottish Government has been found in contempt of court for hiding documents on Sturgeon's attempted stitch up of Alex Salmond.
The same substance where I was jailed for contempt of court for trying to tell you the truth.
Nobody is being jailed for hiding the truth.
The hypocrisy of the SNP is staggering. It’s contemptible.
On the very day the SNP Government has been found guilty of deliberately misleading and deceiving over FOI requests, they suddenly want to lecture others on standards.
Years of lies, deflection, secrecy and shutting down awkward questions - now they want to pose as the moral authority.
The brass neck is breathtaking.
So to recap just 24 hours in the life of the SNP:
🧑⚖️ Court of Session ruled Scottish Ministers were in contempt for failing to comply with FOI legislation
💰 Swinney admits they didn't properly restrict funds for what they were raised for
Plus many more unanswered questions.
Bruce Forsyth’s drunken ghost is said to be haunting Andy Burnham’s morning jogs in Makerfield, crooning the Japanese national anthem while swigging Jack Daniel’s and shouting, “Nice to see you, to see you… terrified!”
{satire}
Newly crowned Holyrood Presiding Officer Kenneth Gibson refused to accept any questions about the Murrell scandal during the first ever backbench First Minister's Questions- despite it being the main political story in Scotland.
What a surprise eh. The SNP are protected, once again, by the "impartial" presiding officer 😆 Some things never change.
4th June, 2010
Corporal Terry Webster, aged 24 from Chester, and of 1st Battalion The Mercian Regiment (Cheshire) was shot and killed on a foot patrol alongside a comrade, by insurgents in Nahr-e Saraj, Helmand Province
Lest we Forget this brave young man and his comrade 🏴🇬🇧
John Swinney’s confession today is hugely significant, not least because it confirms that Sturgeon lied to Laura Kuenssberg at the weekend. And if Sturgeon lied about this, what else did she lie about?
Swinney was there during every SNP malfeasance and now acts like an innocent bystander.
He appointed Murrell - He defended the secrecy - He helped shield the party when questions over the missing money were asked.
He is not a safe pair of hands, he’s part of the problem - @theSNP culture of entitlement, excuses, and zero accountability didn’t happen by accident.
Scotland deserves a proper reckoning, not tired deflections.
The biggest problem isn’t just Sturgeon or Murrell. It’s the people who enabled it all.
Prosecutors agreed to drop a series of allegations against Peter Murrell that would have heaped further embarrassment on Nicola Sturgeon in exchange for the former SNP chief executive’s guilty plea, it has emerged https://t.co/hqZBHAC97d
EXC: Peter Murrell faces a fresh legal aid row after his counsel revealed he will be able to repay £400k embezzlement from SNP.
Murrell was granted legal aid last year... @heraldscotland👇

@AgentP22 The media broadcast and written facilitated this with years of soft touch. Salmond aside empowering a bunch of mediocre incapable politicians which has led us to where we are.
For years, the SNP wrapped itself in the Saltire and acted as if criticism of the party was criticism of Scotland.
Murrell's conviction has shattered that myth.
The SNP is not Scotland and it's finally being judged like any other political party.

@markthehibby 15k "much more than they'd get in any other week" what piss poor reporting...It's not just the snp treating Scots as idiots the media have been doing it hand in hand with them...no more so than the stv abomination.
