Vibe coding games is quickly becoming the new norm for creative & experimental stuff.

For those who wanna quickly prototype a game with Claude & Codex and ship it live instantly via a browser link: The Sandbox just shipped an AI game engine.

This doesn't require your audience to download anything, so friction is 0, and because it's built on an existing game engine, it's quicker to achieve great results.

The cool part is: X audience loves games, and it's possible to become a successful solo game dev now, while building an audience through viral games.

The Sandbox Studio is probably the best way to prototype games and see what can go viral because, in most other UGC platforms, your audience needs to have the engine downloaded to play your game, yet here, they don't need to.

- Fixed upgrade setup so secret-backend pauses no longer look like broken installs.
- Fixed browser-use install, Windows screenshot proof, uvx path, and CLI discovery.

- r21 now makes hosted scripts, installed checkout, manifest, checksums, and verifier agree.

- Hardened installer options, URL handling, sandbox naming, relay ports, approval checks, token redaction, setup layout checks, and config keys.
- Updated module registry pins and dependency/security pins.

- Added Spark Agent install/proof guidance so contributors can use their own agents.

- spark-personality-chip-labs: safer hook exceptions and bridge TTL fixes.
- spark-voice-comms: Spark Compete packet PR template and manifest sync.
- spark-researcher: bounded research failure handling, first-use fallback, safer schema path handling.

Overall:
- We moved from a Spark CLI-only PR pile to a multi-repo security-first review system.
- Every serious PR now goes through packet, security, duplicate, account/team, lab, scoring, and merge/publish gates.
- Mac Lab can test across repos without running participant PR code on the publishing machine.
- Public points only release after real gates clear.
- Useful work can still be tracked in the background while account/team mapping is completed.
- The installer pipeline now has checksums, hosted metadata, local verification, release signing, attestations, production smoke, and real hosted upgrade proof.

A new ruleset:

If you have gotten community airdrops (not talking about Seedify/Seedworld/Vibecoder)

And if you don't hold at least half of your tokens, no future tokens will be issued.

The rest will be given to new community members through new events, who'd rather hold a portion and become part of the community.

This is so we can create a real community and ecosystem rather than just rewarding tourists.

Spark tokenomics is ready.

Some highlights:

> Before Spark, our dev/founder built Seedify; however, a North Korea hack destroyed the company. To give back to our older communities, 40% is going to Seedify and 8% to Seedworld asset holders.
> New community airdrops are set as 20% + 5% grants
> Lifetime sub gifts stay at 10%
> Team is 10% with a 6-month cliff and a 42-month unlock, 0% in the beginning.

Instead of unlocking all tokens, the community suggested keeping unlocks balanced.

Knowing this would lead to a stronger community, we decided to set the circulating supply at 54% instead of 100%.

This is still a much higher circulating supply at TGE than most utility tokens, yet it will keep the community we've formed to be part of the growth.

Vestings:
- Seedify, Seedworld, Vibecoder: 60% at TGE, 10% each month for 4 months
- Community Airdrops: 40% at TGE, 10% each month for 6 months
- Grants: 20% at TGE, 10% each month for 8 months
- Liquidity 100% at TGE
- Lifetime sub gifts 100% at TGE
- Team: 0% at TGE, 6-month cliff, 42 months vesting

While most teams enter their launch with no product, here we worked day and night to ensure we start with a product that's perfect for the time we are living in, where personal agents are becoming part of daily life.

Instead of a big raise, we wanted to start as an airdrop, still, to honor the communities we built before, as well as new members joining our community.

We hope that you find the launch fair for everybody.
