No Electricity again struggling today since morning 10am till 8pm . Then again no connection from 9pm

No Electricity since morning 10am at Kandivali West Link road.
Raised complaint, firstly informed it will get restored by 1pm then it stated 4pm.
Still electricity is not restored and we are not even getting updates on the expected time. @Adani_Elec_Mum
they disconnected the call stating we don't have information as chart is not prepared. You will be updated once chart is prepared.
What should I plan at last minute?

However there is never any extention of usage for customer, immediately it gets disconnected as soon as package is over. Multiple emails have been done but there is never any response
