We urgently need a modern, secure, and centralized digital complaint platform. A system that accepts multi-media evidence, uses secure official domains, and gives citizens a trackable ticket ID. To prosper as a country, we must secure our systems. Our community deserves better.

The existing grievance systems are a black hole. Complaints go unacknowledged, leaving the general public completely unable to track or follow up. Without a transparent, digital tracking ID system, public accountability remains entirely nonexistent.

Worse, the public is expected to communicate via postal mail or an obsolete fax system. Nobody uses fax globally anymore! How is an ordinary citizen supposed to find a fax machine in 2026? If a citizen captures video or audio proof of corruption/malpractice, how do they submit it

How can we build a modern, prosperous nation when our state administrative security relies on public tech? Millions in public funds have been lost to cyber fraud, yet high-ranking officials still use public @gmail.com domains. These are highly phishable and easy to spoof.
