This is the person who supposedly delivered my inkjet cartridges, and confirmed delivery 2 miles from my house. You can clearly see her leave my house with the parcel in hand.

Be wary when it comes to eBay purchases, ordered inkjet cartridges, and never received them, but the royal mail courier confirmed them as delivered. No refund from @RoyalMailHelp no support from @eBay_UK, sided with the seller. No refund from @PayPal = me £40 down and no support.
