I ordered the S95F OLED IN 83 inches.
Samsung experts advised me (3 times!) that the 83 inch includes a slim fit mount.
No slim fit mount came then I was told I could buy one and you would pay back the cost. Now you have refused to pay back and offered £50 goodwill!!

@SamsungUK Just to be clear, I’ve bought a 2025 50 inch the frame, the flagship 83 inch S95F OLED and previously bought the S95C in 77 inch size.
And this is how you mess your customers around? You literally mis-sold me the 83 inch OLED worth £7000.
Pretty shameful.
I want this rectified.
