In the brutal and reprehensible R G Kar doctor’s gang-rape and murder case hon’ble Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Misra pointed out that the manner in which the case was handled is against not only the Constitution but also against the dignity of an individual.

“We are very very concerned. Let not the power of West Bengal state be unleashed on people of west bengal!”, the CJI said, also noting that the principal of the medical college was appointed to another college after the incident.

The counsel appearing for West Bengal Government, senior advocate Kapil Sibal pointed denied before court that the issues at hand and the manner in which they were reported were not true.

However, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that the state government of West Bengal must not live in denial mode, especially since a young person had lost her life and was brutally raped and murdered. Today, he also thrusted upon the DG who is in charge of the case, and that he was accused in another case.

The apex court has highlighted that the investigation was manhandled and the FIR was registered at night at 11.45 pm. The SG also pointed out that the vandalism that took place at the hospital could not have taken place without knowledge of the state machinery.

The matter will now be further heard on the morning of 22nd of August and the CBI will submit the case report, as has been asked of them and i.e. before Thursday.

<걸러야하는 코인>
1)높은 FDV, 대량 언락 일정 존재(VC들의 유동성 출구)
-아비트럼 등 L2나 피스네트워크의 언락 이후 차트를 보면 할 이유가 없다고 봅니다.
-다만 언락 기간이 많이 남았다면, 그 전 펌핑을 바랄 수도 있겠네요.

2)하입, 내러티브가 없으면서 버려진 코인(옛날 코인)
-옛날 테마 코인(엑시), 대부분의 김치코인(클레이튼) 등등
-이런 코인은 수급은 없으면서 시체만 많습니다...고래들이 들어오질 않죠.
-김치코인은 뒤에 말도 많고, 리스크는 높아서 저라면 안할듯합니다.

3)신생 밈코인 & 프로젝트
-신생 밈코인들은 우후죽순으로 찍어낸 뒤 인사이더들이 매도하고 버려지는 경우가 많습니다. 그리고 밈이 식으면서 시장에서 완전히 버려지게되죠...

-신생 프젝 같은 경우도 상장 후 펌핑해놓고 VC들이 던지고 난 후 시체 투성입니다. 어디까지 떨어질지 모르기에, 지금 장에 굳이 홀딩하고 싶진 않습니다.
예를 들자면, 블라스트나 ZK 등이 있죠. 스타크넷의 절차를 밟을 가능성이 꽤 있습니다.

*물론, 창업자 및 개발팀이 커뮤니티를 위해 힘쓴다면 올라갈 수도 있습니다. 예를 들면 Meow의 주피터가 있죠. 하지만 가능성은 높지 않아보이네요.

제 개인적인 의견입니다. 다만 안 좋은 코인은 피해서 상승장에 다들 큰 돈 벌었으면 좋겠네요.
