Current Favorite home gym equipment,kettlebells. 30 RDL, 30 hallows, 30 kettlebell swings, 30 rows,30 upper body circuit involving biceps triceps,shoulder,chest. 49 mins gentle floating ,swimming around in the pool. Its been a great weekend.
