Extremely horrible service from @airtelindia I have been trying to contact them to close my airtel wifi connection. There is absolutely no way that they would help me to do so. They have various excuses. Airtelthanks app is absolutely of no use with no options for disconnection.
The customer care no. continuously asks you to press digits and it is just almost impossible to get hold of a person through the app or the customer care numbers and then they ask you to call back because it is their โruleโ @airtelindia like seriously????
Are the consumers so free and useless that they will spent 30 mins to 45 mins just trying to contact the customer care and once they are able to do so, the customer care will ask you to call them again to fill up the form?? How do you do so? @airtelindia
What if youโre moving in the next 2 days? Where do one keep the router and go? And then they will continuously keep calling from different numbers all day long and disturb you like you have no work. This is really horrible and a way to not allow disconnection @airtelindia
The customer care will say that you applied for safe custody so now you will have to wait for 4 hours which is their โruleโ. But where is this โruleโ mentioned on the app? Screenshots are attached. It will take them 10 days to collect the broadband @airtelindia
The customer care will not help. Give you multiple offers even after you continuously tell them about wanting to close the connection. Then they will make ask you to call them back after somehow getting hold of them on call @airtelindia
@UberIN_Support Shame on you @Uber_India! This is the kind of safety you provide to your app users and customers. It feels disgusted that I have been a regular customer of yours. Never suggesting this app to anyone ever!
This is the kind of drivers hired by uber @Uber_India The driver kept messaging and calling unnecessarily as soon as he arrived at the pickup point. Even if the waiting period is of 5 mins. (Part 1)
@UberIN_Support In the app, I am just being said that the team tried to reach out to me but was unable to do so. Even after providing all the details and proofs, I am being asked to narrate the whole scenario again. Itโs been 2 days but absolutely no action has been taken.
Canโt believe no action has yet been taken against the driver and instead i am being said that the driver has put a complaint against the customer. This is utter disgusting @Uber_India
He started screaming and shouting and he started behaving extremely rudely. Being a girl, I felt extremely unsafe and helpless. Even after being a regular customer of the app, I am assigned with such drivers. @Uber_India
The drivers working for uber doesnโt even know that there is a waiting period when we add a location. Even then his behaviour was so rude. Once he dropped, I just told him politely that the waiting period is included in the stop added. @Uber_India
He said we will reach in 2 mins and to call the person to make sure he is ready at the location. I want to know if this is not against the uber policy. @Uber_India
Then he entered the OTP which also increased the waiting time. Once we were about to reach the 1st stop, he started telling me to call the person to be ready in the pickup location because he will not wait. @Uber_India
As soon as I sat down in the cab, even before putting the OTP, his first question was - how long will it take it the drop/ pickup location which I had added. I told him I will take only 2 mins because u have added to just pickup someone up. @Uber_India
