This is the vaccination case of my brother... He got appoitment at B L KAPOOR Hospital today but could not receive vaccine due to long queue.. Still he received CERTIFICATE OF VACCINATION without being vaccinated!! Do we call it the case of negligence!! @ArvindKejriwal @msisodia
