Stroke- a constant learning
Sometimes “Keep it simple” works! In Young patients with good anatomy , even simplest of the catheters do the trick. Basilar top occlusion with NIHSS of 25. Neuron 070 to the basilar top and Thromboaspiration NIHSS 6 on table.

@barath_sitaram Actually plan was to use solitaire. I just tried to negotiate Neuron as anatomy was looking very straightforward. Smoothly tracked up so used it for aspiration rather than stentriever.
