@jlsanabriaa Nope! Hard to tell, the 2 on R are the same pt and 2 on the L are the same pt. One came back as CTCL/MF and the other as psoriasiform dermatitis.
Both pts are 65 or older.

@ChristineJKoMD Nice case; for the residents out there, I remember organ(s) involved by: one “eats more” -> gastric cancer = tripe palms plus other atypical areas for AN; while lung is “less” so only tripe palms. Hope that wasn’t confusing 🤓

Our team rec 60 mg prednisone daily after pulsed solumedrol with the addition of MMF; Dsg-1/3 and BP180 were neg but BP230 was positive (80, N<9).
