What if …
In the Tour de France this year, the riders represent teams consisting exclusively of riders born in the same year🤔
Lets see how the teams from 1985-1994 would look … 🧵 (1995-2004 in a separate 🧵)

The coach of Norwegian triathlete Kristian Blummenfelt, who won gold in Tokyo, tells TV2 that it’s 90 % certain that he will switch to cycling next season. The goal is to participate in the Tour in 26, and to “be in position to fight for jerseys in 27”. https://t.co/RMoL2BHDkx
This is the team I'm sending to cross-country skiing - Men's 4x10km Relay. They're pretty good cyclists too!
1. Mathias Vacek
2. Florian Lipowitz
3. Johannes Staune-Mittet
4. Jørgen Nordhagen

The boys keep on delivering left and right.
I’m not a big fan of the decisions the management has been making lately. A lot of bad calls, and I’m worried for the direction the team is heading.
But I’m still a fan, and it’s awesome to see how they keep on getting results👊🏻
A day full of races for the men’s pro team 💨
@sorenweren pulled off a strong 3rd place in a tough final at @Gpfourmies 😮💨
@Kristoff87 and the team scored a 5th place in a hectic, stacked edition of @BemerCyclassics 👏
@TourofBritain concluded with a bunch sprint after a day filled with attacks! @erlendblikra finished 5th with @AbraJonas close behind in 9th, securing 12th place in the GC 🤩
Great job by the guys in all 3 races 💪

@BergeW@HelleLundberg1 Yeah that’s valid. So maybe smart to let him be cocaptain once or twice, or even just bring him in a domestique role in the first couple of big races. But at the same time, I don’t see how a free role or captain role in a race like TDU would hurt too much.
