I am formally requesting that you immediately preserve and disclose the identities of every individual who contacted you, encouraged you to launch Quack 3, participated in the development or promotion of the project, or had any involvement in its launch and subsequent collapse.

You publicly associated this project with your background as a Quake developer and spent considerable time developing a Solana-based application and reward system around it. The project reached approximately $1million in market capitalization before collapsing to roughly $20,000.

You are now stating that the project could not move forward because you did not have the necessary intellectual property rights. That raises serious questions, particularly if those IP limitations were known while the application was being developed and the token was being promoted and traded.

2) you could had been clearer on your own to explain your intentions properly. You waited the lowest point to publish this.
