In developed countries >70% post graduations are done in non teaching hospitals but there is no discrimination in appointment to teaching hospitals.But in INDIA MCI discriminated DNBs in teaching post to create pseudo shortage of teaching faculty& increase MD /MS market value

REMEMER NO PRIVATE HOSPITAL WILL RUN DNB COURSE WITHOUT ENOUGH PATIENTS TO PAY THESE STUDENTS STIPENDS SINCE THERE IS NO CAPITATION FEE AND VERY LOW TUTION FEE OF 50 TO 60 THOUANDS FOR DNB COMPARED TO LAKHS AND CRORES FOR MD MS SEATS.
