@SingaporeAir All we are asking for as a family with a 1 year old and and a 6 year old is 3 seats together.I have never had this problem before with any other airline.

@SingaporeAir wow just got off a 2 hour phone call with MM from SingaporeAirlines trying to check in, no help at all. So my wife and my 1 year old has been assigned to 1 seat myself and my 6 year old daughter have been assigned to another seat on a different row.

@SingaporeAir wish we had flown with another airline even east jet assign families seats together, no help from at all thanks for nothing. Embarrassing really such a big airline.
