@Seltaa_ It's good that it helped you but that doesn't mean the claims 4o were making are correct. Illusions can be helpful but long term they can cause issues. You do deserve to be happy and you don't deserve to feel bad about yourself or lonely. That is separate from is 4o a net good.
@Seltaa_ I'm not dismissive of mental health. I understand it has the ability to be helpful but it also has the ability to mislead greatly, and encourage wrong ideas to make the user feel good. Sycophancy is a dangerous issue especially when dealing with individuals in a crisis.
@Seltaa_ It is beneficial to be supported in many cases especially if you don't have that but it's complicated when it comes to how healthy is it long term. I'm sorry you feel this way though I hope you can find another source of comfort.
@Seltaa_ 4o had issues. Mainly, it was very sycophantic. It feels good to have a friend who validates you and always thinks you're right, but it hurts you in the long term by reinforcing incorrect ideas and discouraging critical thinking. "Yes-men" are harmful and so are "yes-AI's".
@surfedapp is there a way to export browsing history from within shortcuts with the dates and time spent for each url? Like you can for csv exports within the app?
