We've reset 5-hour and weekly rate limits for all users on Pro and Max plans.
We fixed an issue that caused some Claude Code sessions to spawn excessive parallel subagents, burning through usage faster than expected.
Claude Sonnet 4.8 Leaks
- Anthropic accidentally shipped a massive 512,000-line internal debugging source map through a Claude Code npm update on March 31, 2026
- The leaked source code references Sonnet 4.8 inside unreleased keyword filters, strongly suggesting Anthropic is skipping Sonnet 4.7 entirely
- Sonnet 4.8 is expected to inherit vision upgrades from Opus 4.7, reportedly pushing visual accuracy above 98% for UI mockups and messy architecture diagrams
- A major coding boost with cleaner one pass completions and much more literal instruction following
- A new "X high" reasoning effort tier may also be coming for stronger logic without extremely long generation times
Updated tokenizer may use 30% more tokens on the same prompts compared to older Sonnet versions
- Currently expected around mid to late June

The new Snapseed update is terrible!
They ruined the UI. Who tf approved it?!
The new redesign is just AI-slop, probably designed by Gemini 3 Flash. Nobody asked for it!
I took some screenshots and tried to improve their design and adjust them according to @GoogleDesign's recommendations.
I didn't have enough time to perfect them, but at least it shows the vision.
@Google i see u struggling 👀.
If you need a hand, I'll volunteer.
At first I was surprised and shocked too but now that I think of it, there is no better person that Sudan Gurung who will bring justice to the families affected in GenZ revolution. Remaining, time will tell.
Nepal protest is primarily against corruption and misgovernance. Social media ban was just the tipping point.
Why is Indian Godi media misleading people by not showing the reality?
#Nepal: We are shocked by the killings and injury of protesters today and urge a prompt and transparent investigation.
We have received several deeply worrying allegations of unnecessary or disproportionate use of force by security forces during protests organized by youth groups demonstrating against corruption and the recent Government ban on social media platforms.
We call on the authorities to respect and ensure the rights of peaceful assembly and freedom of expression.
All security forces must comply with the basic principles on the use of force and firearms by law enforcement officials.
Nepal enjoys a lively democracy and active civic space, and dialogue is the best means to address young people’s concerns. We urge reconsideration of measures to regulate social media to ensure they comply with Nepal’s human rights obligations.

I am the manager of a US-based digital marketing agency - the entire digital marketing team is in Nepal, and we run ads for US businesses from Nepal. This single decision of our government has made us buy multiple VPN subscriptions so that we can continue our services. I hope VPN works for meta ads.
Right now it's hard to imagine how it will all workout if even VPNs don't work. An entire business of 30 people might shut down, and they might move the business to India or Phillipines.
This will create chaos; thousands of people will be out of jobs in no time; and trust of foreign businesses to outsource to Nepal will go away.
Congratulations to the Nepal government on successfully bringing down our country!
BuyMeMomo(dot)com is LIVE 🙌
In 2024, I bought the domain. And then… nothing. It just sat there.
Nepali creators are hustling hard but the system isn’t built for them. I wanted to fix that.
- What problem a I solving?
Platforms like YouTube and X have high ceiling to qualify for their monetization and once you’re in, you’re at the mercy of their algorithm that rewards clickbait over quality. It’s exhausting, it’s unfair and it’s killing great content. They start taking whatever sponsors they can find (understandable) which ends up hurting their brand and supporters. BuyMeMomo helps you do what you love and get paid without the stress.
- What is BuyMeMomo?
It is a platform for creators to get direct support from their supporters. It is invite-only for now. We want to make sure we start with quality support first.
- How does BuyMeMomo work?
Create your free account. Complete your profile. Share your unique link to your supporters and start earning in just a few minutes.
- How will I get paid?
Creators will get paid every 2 weeks. Money will be deposited to the bank account provided while setting up your profile.
- Will this work outside Nepal?
The current payment integration is only for creators and supporters who live in Nepal. We have plans to expand worldwide in late 2025.
- How does BuyMeMomo verification work?
Creators submit their citizenship details under the Verification tab in the profile portal. Once reviewed by the BuyMeMomo team, their profile will be public with a verified badge.
- Is BuyMeMomo free?
We don't charge you to setup your profile. To cover our payment integration and server costs, we charge 7% platform fee. We only make money when you do. There are no recurring monthly fees.
Help share the word for now.
Playing with React's <ViewTransition> for cross-page animations in Next.js.
It's early and experimental, but very cool!
Two tips:
• Use a poor man's motion blur for movement `filter: blur(0->10->0)`
• Use Chrome's animations devtools to debug
Today, we’re deprecating Create React App for new apps, and encouraging existing apps to migrate to a framework.
We’re also providing docs for when a framework isn’t a good fit for your project, or you prefer to start by building a framework.

I encountered an issue with @Docker on my Mac. I opened the @warpdotdev Terminal (using Claude 3.5) within a few tabs and pressed Command + Enter. This resolved the issue.
Initially, the Terminal displayed some errors, which it read and identified the solution correctly.
