@Skyscanner Full refund means full refund from where this clause is coming of convenience fee, and if that was the case why wouldn’t they tell me before cancellation when customer is asking again and again. This isn’t my fault, I want my convenience fee
@Skyscanner I cancelled my flight only after receiving a message stating I would receive a full refund. Before cancelling, I emailed to confirm the exact refund amount and whether any charges would apply. No mention was made of convenience fee deductions.@nch1915@AirIndiaX

Hi @HomeCentreIndia@_landmark_group I placed the order oh Hadley dressing mirror worth 22k on 2nd of April till now it hasn’t been delivered, your customer service is so so poor that they put me on hold , mute and then disconnect the call because they do not have answers
@HomeCentreIndia When you can post on twitter everyday don’t you see your tweets or messages or the number of times someone trying to contact you . This is utter nonsense that you guys do not even care about the customers
@HomeCentreIndia it’s been more than a month now, your customer service sucks with no resolution, you guys do not reply on twitter. Not ready to deliver my furniture nor to refund my money and that 700 bucks which you charge for delivery of large items is also non refundable
