@headteacher_new @Headteacherchat Ok so ‘leadership’ days a week might help? Some have 10 days, some less and maybe some more. Depends on need these days . Schools have very different contexts - now more than ever.

@RogersHistory Yes - they’ve sent flowers post inspection where we were RI, another inspection after I lost my father - they were concerned for me but I didn’t want them to be, another one they asked if they need to be made aware of any difficulties staff were having. 20yrs ago was different

@OonaghKelleher @teachwellall The same level of scrutiny between my primary and my local high school would have seen a team of 118 Ofsted inspectors turn up at the secondary. It’s totally different 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Ofstednews @Headteacherchat It would be a team of over 118 inspectors for both days to achieve the same level of scrutiny at the secondary school. And it’s nothing to do with ‘risk’ all good primaries no change in leadership, data good etc.And they ask about workload and stress

@Ofstednews @Headteacherchat Please can Ofsted explain why - all primary - I’ve had 3 inspectors for 2 days and 2 inspectors for 1 day with schools less than 100 pupils. Also why a school of 34 has 2 inspectors for 2 days? Yet, secondary schools of 2000+ pupils have the same?

@jpembroke Hi and sorry if it's clear but I've not found it. What progress scores for children who have KS1 Point Score but didn't take the KS2 test due to evolving SEND need? They didn't take the test but do I give the nominal 79 points? Thanks

@GeraintThomas86 A friend of mine said we were going to watch Paris-Roubaix from a supermarket carpark … we were all surprised when we turned up at Carrefour de l’Arbre and there was no place to get a beer or even a frite!! 🤷🏼‍♂️ AND we’d ridden it the day before. Happy Easter Egg hunting 😊

@theJeremyVine Think I can do better so far for 2022: close pass resulted in me raising my arms in protest. He stopped and as I pulled up called me a T*** and suggested I pay some F****** road tax. I never understand that. Can’t people do both? Bike camera charging ….
