@SBICard_Connect won’t let me login to the website portal as well while it says to login and approve. Some level of customer service.

@SBICard_Connect so SBI declined my transaction and blocked my card when trying to make a payment. Trying to reach a customer service representative on phone for half an hour now. What a pathetic customer service.

And the app even won’t let me logon. What kind of bank has a fraud detection system detects a normal transaction, decline it and block the card and the app won’t let me login. Also not have a proper emergency line to call for.

Applied for @bobcardofficial eterna credit card and got an instant rejection with “internal criteria” template. Email crm, escalations even PNO. None cared to even reply back. Each email just raised a new ticket. It’s truly a pathetic customer service experience.

I am asking repeatedly. This is very very important.

Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?

Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.

Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge.

If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.

This is long long overdue.
