I've been exceptionally quiet for the past few months.
The reasons are two-fold.
1) This platform has gone to the dogs.
2) I've been diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and the meds have been destroying my kidneys.

@SkylarJordan Not really surprising. Labour have lurched so far to the right that they are indistinguishable from the Tories who is turn are one the one hand becoming extremist and on the other becoming incompetent at covering up their standard levels of cronyism and corruption.

@ThickleyP @SkylarJordan Except in Scotland where it is still possible to get adult NHS dentistry. My dentist is one of many that are taking on new NHS patients. On top of that I got a new ceramic crown on NHS - admittedly it still cost me money but only a fraction of the private fee.

Just almost missed a bus connection because a #FedEx driver double parked blocking Princes Street in Edinburgh. This is a major road that almost all the buses in the city centre travel along. Driver just didn't care that he was disrupting traffic. #FedExUk

@SkylarJordan @SilverCharmLIz As an outsider, it seems to me that he's been in the wrong party for a number of years. Kept waiting to hear an announcement that he'd flipped.

@SkylarJordan When I had it last Oct I felt like I was dying. Didn't stop my old bosses expecting me to work remotely. However that doesn't help your boredom and there's only so much reading and binge watching box sets you can do. You could start planning a post covid hike.

@SkylarJordan @Ch_Dracchia Probably because there was an order that Wagner troops were to be integrated into the Russian army by 1st July. Prighozin would then no longer get credit for advances in Ukraine. However, as most Russian gains, beyond the initial invasion, have been by Wagner, that could be moot

Now that Elon Musk has bought Twitter and the purges of executives has begun, I'm expecting this platform to devolve further into a cesspit of hate speech. As a result I'm going to be deleting this account. I'll be reaching out to contacts to link up on Facebook and LinkedIn
