Demonstrating the timeless relevance of Yoga, even in the most challenging environments, IAF personnel and their family members stationed in the high-altitude region of J & K and Ladakh, enthusiastically celebrated the #IDY2026 with spirit and style.

Amidst the majestic mountains and rarefied atmosphere of J & K and Ladakh, participants performed various yoga asanas and pranayama exercises, reaffirming their commitment to holistic health, mental well-being and #Yogaforhealthyageing.

Against the backdrop of snow-clad peaks and pristine surroundings, the celebration served as a testament to IAF's resolve to respect and uphold the grand tradition of our country.

@IAF Executes Critical MEDEVAC Mission

The Indian Air Force successfully undertook a critical Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) mission from Ladakh, airlifting five Dangerous Ill Listed (DIL) patients for advanced medical care at Chandigarh.The patients comprised three Indian Army personnel with one dependent and one Ladakhi civilian.

Despite the challenging high-altitude terrain and inclement climatic conditions, IAF C-17 and AN-32 aircraft ensured their swift, safe and timely evacuation.

The mission underscores the IAF's unwavering commitment to preserving life and providing hope in emergencies.

@EduMinOfIndia Sir NEP has opened multiple combinations of subjects for students after 10th class, however UG admission requirements are still old and not catering to NEP. For eg B Tech CS requirements are still PCM and not PMCS. Aspects like these restrict full advantage of NEP
