@SwiggyCares I need the invoices for March, 2025 and April, 2026. Kindly note that your failure to provide these invoices would amount to deficiency of service under Consumer Protection Act. Would request you to escalate this to the concerned department.

@ShiprocketIndia Your NDR system is broken. For a recent consignment, the delivery agent repeatedly called the primary contact number (which was unreachable due to an emergency) and marked the status as customer refused order despite giving alternate number.
The customer care is not even able to confirm whether the delivery agent actually contacted the alternate number before making 3 attempts at delivery. The reality - no calls went to the alternate number.
