Shivam, 21, grew up beside the Ganga, playing by it, praying beside it and believing in it as a mother.

So when he saw flowers, idols, plastic and oil-soaked cloth choking the river, he couldn’t stay silent.

In a shocking case in Kanpur, a paralyzed husband was brought to court on a stretcher to prove his physical condition in a maintenance dispute. The wife claimed that the husband was faking illness, even though he had been paralyzed due to brain hemorrhage.

The woman told the court that her husband is completely healthy and is hospitalized to avoid having to pay alimony. Upon her appeal, the husband was produced in court. Due to his paralysis, he was presented on a stretcher.

As per reports, the wife left her husband just one month after their marriage.

The family, carrying the young man on a stretcher with complete medical documents, took him directly from the hospital to court, where he was presented before a judge. The young man's sister said, "We have been treating him for the past five years. His wife has never supported him. Now she is further torturing him with false claims.

This case underscores the importance of morality and truthfulness in legal battles between married couples in order to avoid any injustice.
However, in the current times, it's been observed that mostly, husbands are suffering not only due to the false allegations by wives but also the gender biased laws.
