No one questioning the service they had done, but that’s true to every individual who is/was working to build the nation. Just someone stand at the border and someone working on computer makes other less patriotic.

Retired Army Uncles have served the country for 30-40 years each. They have taken risks, faced extreme danger and privation, their families have undergone separation for prolonged periods and they always placed the safety and interests of their motherland and their comrades before any comfort for themselves. Many of these uncles are teetotallers, majority of others drink with sophistication and behave gracefully even after drinking. They are gentlemen before they are officers.

They are educated (don’t just hold a degree), and understand politics even though they do not like the politics being practised by certain self serving nincompoops and poorly bred unpleasant persons. Such people identify themselves by choosing for themselves incompetent and even more self entitled so called leaders. Your self-description confirms this observation.

Wish someone taught you gratitude for those who enabled you to waste your time despite doing nothing useful for the country, by standing guard at the frontiers and saving ungrateful people like you from terrorists.

Probably you would still not understand because if you had it in you, such comments would never have been made by you.
