تحریک انصاف سندھ کے سیکرٹری مذہبی امور مولانا جمیل اظہر وتھرا جمعہ کے خطبے میں فرماتے ہیں پاکستانی چونکہ غلام ہیں اس لئے ان پر حج فرض نہیں کر بھی لیں تو کوئی فائدہ نہیں۔

لیکن مولانا جمیل اظہر جمعہ کے اسی خطبے میں یہ بتانا بھول گئے کہ غلام پر تو جمعہ بھی فرض نہیں لیکن وہ یہ نہیں بتائیں گے کیونکہ انکی روزی روٹی کا مسلہ ہے۔

اللہ پاک نے حج کسی خاص قوم یا ملک کیلئے فرض نہیں کیا بلکہ سورہ آل عمران 97 میں فرماتے ہیں کہ وَ ِﷲِ عَلَی النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَیْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ اِلَیْهِ سَبِیْلاً ’’اور اللہ کے لیے لوگوں پر اس گھر کا حج فرض ہے جو بھی اس تک پہنچنے کی استطاعت رکھتا ہو‘‘ یعنی بات استطاعت کی ہے۔

مولانا جمیل اظہر اپنی کوتاہی پر معافی مانگنے کی بجائے مزید توجیہات گھڑتے ہوئے امریکہ، ٹرمپ، آئی ایم ایف میں جا گھسے لیکن مولانا نے یہ نہیں بتایا کہ ایک عادی زانی اور ایک ناجائز بچی کے باپ کے بارے دین اسلام کیا احکامات دیتا ہے۔
