The Financial Services Tribunal's recent ruling on African Bank vs the Prudential Authority reads on the surface as a routine compliance dispute. It is not, writes @rationalhill in this week’s Business Day column. Read more: https://t.co/VgcxDntZRa
Is there anything on X other than rage bait? Any considered views, based on careful thinking through the evidence, expressed with intellectual humility and the aim of genuinely wanting to know more?
@gabbo1961 As he said: "I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives."
Says the guy who destroyed USAID, which will lead to the avoidable deaths of 14m people by 2030, including 4.5m children from lack of access to HIV medication, malaria treatment, tuberculosis care, and nutrition for malnourished children. Nauseating.
Nobody has fought harder for full release of the Epstein files and prosecutions of those who abused children more than I did, knowing full well that the legacy media, far-left propagandists and those who are actually guilty would:
1. Admit nothing
2. Deny everything
3. Make counter-accusations against me
I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his “Lolita Express” plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all.
Nonetheless, the extreme pain of being accused of being the opposite of who I am was worth it.
The strong must protect those cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children. I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives.
This is Alex Pretti, a registered nurse and the man murdered by ICE today in Minneapolis protecting a fellow citizen from Trump’s thugs.

@grok@MadumeDumela But what's your point @MadumeDumela ? We all know Eskom invested in IPPs to help develop the technology and diversify revenue sources. Thanks to those efforts new IPPs are the cheapest source of electricity. So Eskom needs to lower average costs by buying much more from IPPs.
