@daikimengg Lit i used to restrict very low with processed and fast food. guess what?? I felt sluggish & depressed the entire time & i lost little to no weight (then discovered i had PCOS and am insulin resistant) Now i restrict with clean food I feel acc energized & im losing weight faster
this is actually rlly interesting. Think of it this way : your body is a fire, and calories are fuel. Sugars and simple carbs are like paper : very low in volume, it gives your body a quick burst of energy but it takes you almost no time to eat through them.
I hated this entire lecture. We were sitting in front of two girls who talked so fricking loud the entire time and kept repeating six seven whenever the teacher told us a date.
