@CityPowerJhb No further updates received and Rabie Ridge ext 1 and 2 are always without power and our calls are never attended to on time. The stalling tactics are really messing with our livelihood. We buy groceries only for it to be thrown into waste. Can this be escalated please?

@CityPowerJhb Hi, any update on the outage? If this will take another week before it is fixed can generators be arranged as the outages are a frequent occurrence.

@SambaneSifiso @CityPowerJhb We don't have any electricity not sure where this 80% is. I was home the whom day and they are non responsive

@CityPowerJhb Rabie Ridge ext 2 still experiencing power outage even after loadshedding schedule is complete. This has been happening since Monday when we experienced no power for the whole week. May you guys check on this and advise what the issue really is?
