It honestly makes me a little sad knowing that there are people who take advantage of someone simply bcoz they're kind. That's the reality sometimes—when you're too understanding, too accommodating, and not the type to complain, some people may mistake your kindness for weakness.

That's why I'm thankful Joss is there for Gawin. 🥹 He seems to notice that side of him and reminds him that being kind doesn't mean he has to let people walk all over him. Gawin can stay gentle and good-hearted while still learning to say no, speak up, and protect his own boundaries.

And what's beautiful is that it goes both ways. Joss may be the one who pushes Gawin to stand up for himself, but Gawin is the one who pulls Joss back when he gets too intense and reminds him to slow down and chill.

Joss pushes, Gawin pulls.

They don't have to be the same to understand each other. Maybe that's exactly why they balance each other so well. They each give the other something they need, while still allowing each other to remain who they are.

And honestly, I'm just glad Gawin has someone who can remind him, "Your kindness is something beautiful, but you don't have to sacrifice yourself for everyone." ❤️
