Years have passed. Pain continues (worsens?) #javascript
<TLDR>I just want to run a BRAND NEW APP from a 3rd party vendor who recently delivered BRAND NEW CODE #Sigh</TLDR>

@fivetanley we do have some odd error messages that we can't track down and a couple rough edges we had to hack around. the production vs development env story needs some work, we have to duplicate code it a few spots.
@fivetanley we just launched it, so far it's been stable but our general perception is that it's actually slower with fastboot then without it, but we've added some hard security dependencies that now require use to run with fastboot.
