⚠️ Due to waterlogging between Vasai Road and Virar, train services are operating on a skeletal basis between these stations. Passengers are advised to expect delays, plan their journey accordingly, and allow extra travel time.

Other than this, the @WesternRly is super efficient. And yes, no announcements

often delay in AC train is blamed on overcrowding leading to delays in doors closing. 9:09 VR-CCG, there’s no issues in door closing on all stations so far and still train is delayed by 21 mins @WesternRly @drmbct @mumbairailusers

This train has not even crossed Mumbai Central. Commuters waiting at Dadar. The sorry state of @WesterRly . A 23 mins gap to preceding fast train. This is the last fast train of the day to Virar. But @WesternRly gives no damn for commuters. The reply from @drmbct is usual PR.

AC train services are horrible despite paying high premiums. 8:28 VR-CCG AC train, the Air conditioner is not working. Commuters are literally perspiring and gasping for breath. @drmbct not expecting a reply on punctuality, do read it @WesternRly @mumbairailusers
