So I told them "It is very confusing. Please include the date (Time period) we are paying for. Not the date it is being generated" so they replied saying thank you for the feedback and tried and is still trying really hard checking for the ADSL matter as we forgot the Number.

I wonder why @Dhiraagu is doing the receipt WITHOUT including the month we are paying for. I have been paying my bills regularly, ekam mihaaru 3 mahaku ithurah athulaifi kuree mahu nudhakka ey inee kiyaafa!

Then i said "Ekam ehen ineema neyngay dhoa aslu? That is not the month right. E jehunee pay kurevenee kon month akah kameh nooneh nun" and their reply was "We apologise if it's a bit confusing. Howere, it is the month which you're paying.

Then i sent this Picture and asked them "Mi bunanee kon dhemahehgge bill ekey?" And their reply was "2019/01/1 - bill generated on January (Usage of December)
2019/02/01 - bill genersted on February (Usage of January)"

And 2017 we requested for a Fiber connection, when we went to pay for the Fiber they took money from us for the normal Router aswell. "KANDAALAN NUBUNAATHEE" yoa kiyaafa. Who would have thaught that when we ask for a new connection kureege ethi kandaanulaa kan innaanee.
