I have this little “faith ritual” I’ve practiced for years.

Whenever there’s something I really want to achieve or own, I try to go and experience it in person first.

I want to see it.
Touch it.
Take pictures of it.
Know what it costs.
And most importantly, know what it feels like to be around something I’m working towards.

Then I go back home and get to work.

Today, that took me to a dealership to see a 2026 G63.

Not because I was there to buy one, but because I see myself owning one in 2027, and sometimes I like giving my dreams something real to attach themselves to.

Call it manifestation, faith, visualization or whatever you want.

I call it my faith ritual.

And somehow, it has always worked out for me.

I’ve come to learn that comfort is often the closest thing to stagnation.

It doesn’t matter what situation I find myself in, I’ll always get up and go. Everyday.

Growth will demand doing things that feel unfamiliar, difficult, and inconvenient, and there’s really no better choice than to keep going.

Choose progress over comfort. It gets you where you want to be.‼️

If you’re serious about turning trading profits into an actual better life, don’t scroll past this. Read till the end.

I’ve met a lot of traders with thousands of dollars in winning screenshots, payout proofs and profit updates all over social media.

But when I look at their actual lives, very little reflects the kind of money they claim to be making.

And that’s where the problem starts.

That should bother you, because.

You didn’t start trading, building a business or learning a high-income skill just so people online could think you’re successful.

You most definitely started because you wanted a better life for YOURSELF.

So how do you actually start elevating your life?

Because many people have this exact question.

➣ First, be sincere with yourself. Stop measuring your progress against somebody else’s highlight reel.

➣ Appreciate your small wins and build from them. You don’t need to go from making $1,000 to buying a G-Wagon overnight. Scale progressively.

➣ Remove envy. Someone else buying a car, house or hitting a bigger milestone doesn’t reduce what is available for you. Put that energy back into becoming better at your craft.

➣ And most importantly, learn to take money out of the screen.

Use your profits to improve your environment. Build savings. Buy assets. Start another business. Support your family. Travel. Invest in yourself. Pay for something you once couldn’t afford.

Give your hard work physical evidence.

Because profit you never withdraw, save, invest or use to improve your life can disappear just as quickly as it appeared.

Profit not taken is an illusion‼️

You can’t have 300 screenshots of blue trades while your real life remains exactly where it was three years ago.

At some point, the blues need to become something real.

DAY 1: HOW TO USE TWITTER/X TO FIND WEB3 JOBS 🧵

You don’t always need LinkedIn or a job board to find a Web3 job.

Sometimes, the opportunity is sitting right on your timeline.

Here’s how I use Twitter/X to find Web3 opportunities 👇

1. Search for hiring keywords

Go to the X search bar and search things like:

• “We’re hiring” Web3
• “Hiring” crypto
• “Looking for a community manager”
• “Looking for a social media manager”
• “Web3 internship”
• “Content writer needed”
• “Community manager needed”

You can also search for the exact role you want.

2. Follow founders & project teams 👀

Find Web3 projects you genuinely like and follow:

• Founders
• CEOs
• Community managers
• Marketing leads
• Recruiters

A lot of Web3 opportunities are announced by the team before they ever reach a job board.

3. Turn on notifications 🔔

When you find founders or recruiters who regularly post opportunities, turn on their notifications.

This gives you a better chance of seeing an opportunity early.

4. Don’t just wait for “WE ARE HIRING”

This is where many people get it wrong.

You can find a project that is growing but isn’t publicly hiring.

Study the project.

Look at what they’re missing.

Then send a SHORT DM offering something useful.

For example:

“I’ve been following your project and noticed you’re growing your X presence. I’m a Web3 content/SMM specialist and I’d love to help with your content and community growth.”

Don’t write an essay.

5. Build your profile before applying 📌

When someone checks your profile after seeing your application, they should immediately understand what you do.

Your bio should say your role.

Your pinned post should show your best work.

Your timeline should demonstrate your skills.

6. Be active in the right conversations

Comment on posts from founders, builders and Web3 teams.

Don’t comment:

“Great project 🔥”

Instead, add an actual thought, insight or useful idea.

People can discover your profile through your replies.

7. Beware of scams 🚨

Never send your seed phrase or private keys.

Don’t connect your wallet to random links just because someone promises you a job.

And always verify that you’re talking to the real project/team.
