@BandQ one of your suppliers charged me £49.20 collection fee for returning an unopened product without my knowledge or consent. No correspondence either. I’d like a full refund for the item please as part of my consumer rights as opposed to being ripped off

@Halfords_uk Two months for my daughter’s bike to be in stock for summer. Today was collection day and paid in full. Not built and no update or apology for delay. Disappointed father & daughter with changed weekend plans now. Fifth bike purchase from you too, poor service indeed!
