Shits not going well, bad mood, asshole boss, significant other buggin, whatever it is you don’t have to let it get you down. You decide how you feel and how you react. Don’t LET it put you in a shitty mood. Don’t give these things power over you. Your brain is more powerful than you think. Feed it positivity don’t feed into the negativity. You’re all going to be fine, even if right now it feels like there’s no way, I promise stick with it and it will turn around. And it will all have been worth it.
