First you said I claimed that a vegan diet was 100% optimal. I did not claim that.
Now you are claiming that I said a vegan diet can be healthy. I did claim that.

You have the mindset of historical tyrants. If it is optimal for me to participate in the abuse, exploitation, and slaughter of innocent individuals, it would still be immoral to do so. Life is not about me, I am not the main character.

@StevenMBelknap @Luna_zel_ Not sure what you mean by optimal diet. You are not Cell from Dragon Ball Z, you do not need to absorb animals to obtain your final form. There are vegans that are healthier than me, have more muscle than me, and will live longer than me, they are not as fearful as you.

@StevenMBelknap @Luna_zel_ Appealing to evolution is a logical fallacy. We’ve evolved to commit all types of abuse. You’re just describing what is, instead of what ought to be. Peace and kindness towards the innocent is an ought. Veganism is not anti human, empathy and compassion are human defining traits.

@tofuafficionado There is just no way you are actually going to interact with predator argument. Just reflect on that when we get frustrated about non vegans refusing to engage with our arguments, and they'd rather be like "I help more animals than you vegans".

I think its bad optics for vegans to dodge and have bad arguments when it comes to hard questions. Our logical consistency is our greatest weapon.
