@bullrike @ediz1975 Looking at the actual video, the truck is moving at about the same time as it becomes visible to Jeremy passing the bus, at that point he can stop, which will take him past the give way line due to his momentum, or carry on. If I were there I'd slow and let the truck complete.

This hearing is about the amount of damages Trump must pay.
