@OlaElectric Real Adventure starts when your scooter goes to service centre. They keep your scooter in their service centre. They don't update you and don't service your scooter.

I am waiting to get my scooter serviced since 14 Aug 2025. No update received yet.

@OlaElectric Be aware, once you buy, you won't get service like us. They don't update you, service your ola scooter. They keep your scooter in their service centre. My scooter has break down on 14 Aug 2025. It has not been serviced till date. When asked they don't update

Please report on how OLA service. They keep our scooter in their service centre without servicing for long time (mine since 21st Aug 2025). When we call helpline number/ mail them / message them, they just create ticket, nothing else.

Even their service is worse in Delhi NCR. My scooter is in their centre since 21st August 2025. They don't service your scooter, don't give you update, don't committee date. When you contact them, they create new ticket, nothing else.

@actionmediahere @OlaElectric @bhash They just reply and create new ticket. They never let you know when your scooter get serviced and return back to you. I approached the service centre this weekend. Lots of scooter, including mine, was standing there with dust.

@SushantBSinha @SushantBSinha,OLA ने ग्राहक को परेशान कर रखा है. मेरी स्कूटर 14 अगस्त 2025 को रोड पर अचानक बंद हो गई थी। सर्विस सेंटर मे 21 अगस्त 2025 को ले गए। अभी तक मेरी स्कूटर सर्विस करके नहीं दी गई है।फोन करता हूं, ट्विटर पे मैसेज करता हूं, ईमेल भेजता हूं तो नई टिकट जेनरेट करके दे देता है।

@OlaElectric You will not go far if your customer not satisfied with your Service. Customer feedback is more important.

As a customer I am not satisfied as my scooter has not been serviced since 14th Aug 2025. And yet confirmed when it get serviced.
