@TheOfficialSBI @NPCI_NPCI NPCI's complaint portal has been throwing errors, making it impossible to register a grievance. Everyone promotes digital payments, but when a transaction fails, customers are left running from one institution to another.

Who is accountable for failed UPI transactions?

For the last 7+ days, SBI has only repeated that the transaction was "successfully processed" and credited to the beneficiary. However, they have not provided any proof that the beneficiary bank acknowledged receipt of the amount with the exact amount and timestamp.

I am contacting SBI and PhonePe daily, yet no one is taking accountability.

PhonePe says they are "just a platform" and asks me to contact the bank or NPCI. If they facilitate UPI transactions, customers deserve proper support and resolution.
