@opodo Team, I dont see any money refund option there, I can see only voucher refund and rebook options. As explained earlier I would like money refund not any voucher. I have talked to Virgin Atlantic as well and they are happy to provide refund for my booking. Hope it helps .

@opodo I also talked to Virgin Atlantic and they are happy to process money refund but they cant process at their end. So please have a look and process this at your end. Thanks
