Dear @anandmahindra, my trust is completely broken. As a proud XUV700 owner for 4 years, I’ve publicly praised Mahindra's engineering in the past (https://t.co/j1dFGTwUSI). Expecting the same reliability, I bought a ₹22L+ Scorpio N for safe family travels during my paternity leave. Instead, my leave has been ruined by a defective car and a toxic dealership experience.

As an Engineering Manager at Google, I don't guess—I rely on hard data. My telemetry proves this brand-new SUV has a catastrophic mechanical defect:

🚨 The Data: I drove 453km using 86L of premium fuel, yielding an abysmal 5.2 km/L real-world mileage. The instrument cluster shows at 5.0 km/L since 716km if driven beyond 3 hours . 🚨 The Service: Brajesh Automobiles (Saharsa) initially dismissed this with a 12.8 km/L highway test. While they have now taken the vehicle in for further repairs (RO attached), the core defect remains completely unresolved. 🚨 The Apathy & Harassment: GM Ashraful has actively harassed me, offering zero support and increasing my mental agony. While Showroom Mgr Sourav & Service Mgr Rahul are polite, they are completely helpless to resolve the issue, leaving me stranded and ruining precious time with my newborn.
This is not the standard I experienced with my XUV700. I am requesting immediate corporate technical intervention from @Mahindra_Auto before I escalate this severe deficiency in service to the Consumer Court.
