Actor Karan Wahi said that these days women cheat way more than men.
He also said women have become far too independent.
He went on a date with a girl, and she was talking to 7 different guys.
He also said that out of all the people he knows who are getting divorced, 80 percent of the time it was the women who cheated.
He said women can decide not to work and simply be housewives, but men don't get that choice.
Good to see that even actors are now speaking about the true nature of modern women.
He got lots of hate from feminists for saying all this.
Just got a call from a friend .
Today, he finalized his flat.
He was confused about the EMI plans, so I asked him to come home and discuss.
He is a married man and knows me from the car showroom where we coincidently met.
A few days ago, he was purchasing a Hyundai Exter. He was surprised when I advised him not to buy the car in his wife’s name. I explained the financial implications.
He agreed.
Now, today he came with another question.
He asked whether he should take a joint home loan and register the property jointly with his wife.
The bank was offering him a 0.05% lower interest rate if he added his wife’s name to the loan.
On top of that, he was excited because adding her as an owner would reduce the stamp duty by 1%.
I asked him a very simple question.
“Who is going to pay the down payment and the EMIs?”
Without even thinking, he replied,
“Of course, me.”
I asked,
“Why? Isn’t your wife eligible? The bank is ready to give a joint loan.”
He said,
“Yes… but…”
I asked,
“But what?”
He replied,
“I always thought the man has to pay, and the woman should save.”
I smiled and asked,
“Don’t you treat your wife as your equal?”
He immediately said,
“Yes, we are equal.”
I replied,
“Then make her feel equal. Ask her to take the loan in her own name, pay the EMIs herself, build her own financial credibility and become self-reliant.”
He looked at me in shock.
“What?”
He asked,
“Then what should I do with my salary?”
I replied,
“Keep it for your children.”
He actually agreed.
But here came the twist… exactly what I had predicted.
His wife flatly refused.
She clearly said she wanted to save her money for her future and could not spend it on the flat.
That was exactly what I wanted to expose.
I turned to him and said,
“Now do the opposite. Buy the flat only in your own name. You pay the EMIs. No joint ownership.”
He then asked,
“But what about the rebate?”
I asked him,
“Did you even calculate how much that rebate actually is?”
He replied,
“No.”
I said,
“That’s the catch. You never even calculated the benefit. You were simply lured by the word ‘rebate’.”
He paused.
Then he agreed.
Now he is purchasing the flat solely in his own name and will pay the EMIs himself.
Later my friend asked me,
“Bro… you played a game?”
I replied,
“When we directly tell men to be cautious, they laugh, mock us, or ignore the advice. Sometimes the only way to make someone understand is to let the facts expose themselves.”
Joint ownership or joint home loan is crime in our country for husbands..
If you want to be safe never ever fall into this trap.🪤
My friend quit his ₹1.5 lakh/month job in Mumbai.
Everyone thought he was making the biggest mistake of his life.
He sold his flat for ₹3 crore and moved back to his hometown.
Instead of buying another luxury apartment, he bought land for ₹20 lakh, built a beautiful house for ₹50 lakh, and invested around ₹50 lakh to open two restaurants.
Today, both restaurants are listed on Zomato and Swiggy, run by his employees, and generate enough profit for him to save around ₹3 lakh every month.
He also invested ₹1.5 crore in fixed deposits, earning nearly ₹1 lakh every month in interest.
His Mumbai salary was ₹1.5 lakh/month.
Today, he earns around ₹4 lakh/month, owns his time, lives closer to family, and has no boss.
Sometimes, success isn't about moving to the biggest city.
It's about building something where you truly belong.

The questions (and answers) kept getting worse and you could feel her husband's soul leaving his body. And she was proud of the answers too.
How can women be so shameless and have absolutely ZERO guilt?
I have attached screenshots of my account statement and the charge details for complete transparency.
I hope @YESBANK resolves this matter promptly and fairly. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue the remedies available under law, including filing a complaint with the
